• Translate business needs into structured functional requirements.

• Support the development of end-to-end workflows, detailing business rules.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing functional clarity to the backlog.

• Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.

• Develop and document business rules in detail, facilitating understanding and alignment with the business area.

• Assist in the transition and support between functional definition and technical implementation.

• Facilitate requirement gathering and validation meetings, ensuring understanding of key resources.
