This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining the testing strategy for the system, creating the necessary artifacts for test execution, keeping test scripts and artifacts updated, monitoring the development of demands from conception, anticipating all necessary actions for correct test execution, and supporting the implementation of quality practices throughout the development cycle, validating the deliveries made by development teams, and planning and executing tests (both functional and non-functional) according to the needs of each demand;

• Map and update the critical path of CAIXA applications, support the acceptance activities of demands by the managing user, promote the continuous improvement of CAIXA application quality by collaborating with the Certification team indicated by Caixa, ensure traceability (vertical, horizontal, and/or bidirectional) to maintain the relationship between test products and other products, such as requirements, source code, and various others, preserving the integrity between these elements;

• Manage and generate test data to ensure that the necessary data for executing tests in systems and their interfaces are available, oversee the environments by creating, configuring, maintaining, and balancing the environments for development and testing, thereby enhancing the quality of IT deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering, or other areas of Information Technology, or a completed higher education in any field along with a specialization in Information Technology.

• Hold at least one of the following certifications, or an equivalent:

• - ATC – Certified Test Analyst from IBQTS - Brazilian Institute of Quality in Software Testing.

• - CBTS - Brazilian Software Testing Certification from ALATS - Latin American Software Testing Association or equivalent or similar certifications.

• - CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level.

• - CTFL-AT - Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester from BSTQB or ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester.
