This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide support and maintenance for operational Salesforce environments;
• Conduct analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and issues;
• Address corrective, evolutionary, and minor enhancement requests;
• Monitor integrations and workflows between Salesforce and third-party systems;
• Assist with deployments, validations, and testing in Salesforce environments;
• Develop and maintain customizations on the platform;
• Engage in root cause analysis (RCA) and prevention of recurrence;
• Collaborate with functional teams, development, and business units;
• Ensure technical documentation and maintenance of the knowledge base;
• Participate in ceremonies and operational routines of the AMS/Sustentation team;
• Experience in Salesforce support and maintenance;
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform administration;
• Experience in Salesforce development;
• Familiarity with: APEX; SOQL; Lightning Components (LWC and Aura); Visualforce; Flows and Process Builder; APIs and REST/SOAP integrations;
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and log analysis;
• Understanding of versioning and deployment processes;
• Experience in corporate environments and meeting SLA requirements;
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities;
• Salesforce certifications (a plus);
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud (a plus);
• Knowledge of CI/CD for Salesforce (a plus);
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (a plus);
• Experience in AMS / Application Management Services (a plus);
• Knowledge of cloud integrations and middleware (a plus);
