This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide support for service requests (incidents and inquiries) related to Salesforce Sales Cloud;
• Conduct initial analysis of errors, functional failures, and user questions;
• Assist in resolving straightforward issues, including configurations, permissions, fields, layouts, and basic validations;
• Monitor integrations and automated processes, escalating issues as necessary;
• Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles (KBA);
• Support routine monitoring and operational validations;
• Collaborate with development teams, business units, and AMS.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud);
• Understanding of CRM, commercial processes, and sales funnels;
• Familiarity with databases and system logic;
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills;
• Desire to learn and grow within the Salesforce platform.
