This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents in production and service requests.
• Perform troubleshooting for issues escalated by N1 teams or monitoring systems.
• Monitor logs, alerts, and the performance of applications and systems.
• Escalate complex problems to N3/Engineering teams with a structured technical analysis.
• Participate in production deployments and support activities for releases.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and documentation of recurring issues.
• Assess and propose improvements in the monitoring coverage of systems.
• Engage in handovers with development teams on new releases.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in technical support, application support, or production support (L2).
• Experience with critical production environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting distributed and/or cloud-native applications.
• Advanced/fluent English skills.
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience or familiarity with: AKS, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, SQL Database, and CDN.
• Backend/Integrations with Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• REST/JSON/Microservices.
• Swagger/Postman.
• Kubernetes.
• Databases: SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB.
• Messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event Hub.
• Frontend (preferred) skills in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Monitoring and Tools: Azure Application Insights, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar.
• Jira or ticket management tools.
