This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide functional and/or technical support for the client's system, ensuring stability and proper functioning;

• Offer assistance and support to users, addressing inquiries, resolving incidents, and registering tickets;

• Assist in the preparation of reports identifying opportunities for improvement;

• Contribute to the analysis and proposal of enhancements in processes and system workflows;

• Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment on demands, priorities, and deliverables;

• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings for status alignment, activity tracking, and defining next steps;
