This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Support our Open X initiatives (Finance and Insurance) by organizing open requests.
• Always strive for agility in analyses and accuracy in service delivery.
• Address various challenges that arise on a daily basis.
• Monitor the performance of the Sensedia platform and its add-ons.
• Test API flows or debug the code.
• Share knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Develop content to promote functionalities.
• Experience with programming languages and scripts (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot critical systems.
• Understanding of API concepts and practices using RestFul design patterns.
• Familiarity with the HTTP protocol, its verbs, and response codes.
• Knowledge of functional testing tools for APIs (Postman and cURL).
• Experience with ticket management tools (Zendesk, Jira, etc.).
• Clear and assertive communication skills.
• Knowledge in the financial or insurance sector.
• Basic understanding of cloud services (preferably AWS).
• Basic knowledge of SSL certificates.
• Understanding of API documentation using OpenAPI Specification (Swagger) and business processes.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Knowledge of Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, etc.).
• Experience in developing automation routines.
• Languages: English and Spanish.
