This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide assistance via chat or phone to Oneflow customers;
• Remotely access customer machines to provide support when necessary;
• Create step-by-step guides for procedures performed in the system using images, text, or videos aimed at resolving customer inquiries;
• Forward systemic issues and problems that appear unsolvable to the Product Specialists team for validation and problem resolution;
• Redirect any chat or phone inquiries outside your area of expertise to the appropriate departments to help customers resolve their issues effectively;
• Operate in a consultative manner and deliver a personalized service to all clients.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Administration, Accounting, or any field related to technology or business;
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is required.
• Experience in multi-channel customer support is mandatory.
• Experience with Accounting Systems is preferred.
• Experience with payroll processes is required.
