This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Provide solutions to incidents reported by sales points.
• Filter the reported incidents to the development team.
• Assist sales points in managing the sales system.
• Interaction with users is conducted virtually, without any in-person contact.
• Technical or university degrees in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in help desk support.
• Knowledge of BDA or Queries in BDA.
• Basic understanding of networks.
• Familiarity with any ticketing tool.
• Entry into the payroll with all legal benefits for the duration of the project.
• Laptop provided by the consultancy.
• Availability to work on holidays (compensated according to the law).
