This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Provide direct support to our clients by resolving assigned cases.
β’ Extract and manipulate information from various databases.
β’ Identify operational deviations and implement necessary actions for resolution.
β’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of assigned cases.
β’ Analyze available data to enhance indicators and monitoring dashboards for operations.
β’ Ensure excellent service delivery to our clients.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills.
β’ Availability for night shifts.
β’ Advanced knowledge of ticket management tools (Jira).
β’ Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
β’ Experience in B2B customer service (fintech experience is a plus).
