This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide direct support to our clients by resolving assigned cases.

β€’ Extract and manipulate information from various databases.

β€’ Identify operational deviations and implement necessary actions for resolution.

β€’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of assigned cases.

β€’ Analyze available data to enhance indicators and monitoring dashboards for operations.

β€’ Ensure excellent service delivery to our clients.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Strong problem-solving skills.

β€’ Availability for night shifts.

β€’ Advanced knowledge of ticket management tools (Jira).

β€’ Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

β€’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.

β€’ Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.

β€’ Experience in B2B customer service (fintech experience is a plus).
