Analista de Soporte, LIMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide functional and technical support to users of LIMS platforms.

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents and issues related to the system.

• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities of the solution.

• Participate in functional testing and validation of changes when necessary.

• Document procedures, incidents, and solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users in an international environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with LIMS solutions (Laboratory Information Management Systems).

• Experience with Thermo Fisher SampleManager is highly desirable.

• Candidates with experience in other LIMS platforms such as LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage, or similar will also be considered.

• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.

• Intermediate or higher English proficiency to interact with international teams.

• Experience in laboratories, quality control, or industrial environments.

• Knowledge of SQL and databases.

• Experience in integrations between enterprise systems and LIMS platforms.

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or English.
