This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide Level I Support via phone, chat, and in-person. Clearly guide users on the usage of modules, features, and operational questions regarding the system.
• Address support requests by performing configurations and adjustments within the system, ensuring demands are completed within set deadlines, managing time effectively, and prioritizing the support ticket queue efficiently.
• Conduct initial analysis and diagnosis of production incidents. For Level II issues, promptly escalate to remote technical support, while monitoring, validating, and confirming the implementation of solutions in production.
• Utilize basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create dynamic forms, optimize internal processes, and develop managerial reports (BI) to support decision-making.
• Embrace a digital mindset, show curiosity for new technologies, and have an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related fields;
• Experience in Technical Support roles and user assistance (Service Desk/Help Desk);
• Basic knowledge in writing SQL commands (queries and routines), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for creating low-complexity routines;
• Familiarity with or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
