This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Execute activities for the implementation and deployment of the EJE No Penal system at the locations of the Judiciary Power of Peru.

• Lead medium to large-scale implementation projects, adhering to the defined methodology, which includes parameterization, configurations, validations, training, and production launch.

• Provide and support training for various user profiles (judges, jurisdictional staff, technical and administrative personnel), facilitating system adoption.

• Operate in the field according to the national deployment plan, assisting with the use of the tool and supporting the stabilization phase.

• Create and keep user materials and functional documentation updated in Spanish, conducting consultancy diagnostics.

• Act as a team leader when designated by the immediate supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, Law, or related fields.

• Experience or knowledge in system implementation, IT support, and incident management.

• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and support materials.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and didactically.

• Availability for fieldwork, with high adaptability, resilience, and autonomy to operate during critical periods (go-live and stabilization).

• Additional assets:

• Experience in institutional or public environments.

• Practical knowledge of ITIL or support methodologies, focusing on user attention and post go-live stabilization.

• Experience in configuration, parameterization, and validation of systems.

• Ability to understand legal and administrative processes.

• Courses or basic knowledge in databases, Scrum, microservices, or digital transformation.
