This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Execute operational processes: issuance, renewals, cancellations, and invoicing
• Manage collections and follow up on accounts receivable
• Handle glosses, PQR, and customer requests
• Provide comprehensive support and care to clients
• Coordinate with insurers and suppliers to ensure proper services
• Monitor indicators and ensure compliance with service standards
• Experience in life, health, and funeral insurance sectors
• Prepaid medicine knowledge
• 3 years of expertise in insurance
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficiency in office tools
• Familiarity with operational and commercial processes
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to manage sensitive situations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
• Academic qualification: Technologist or higher
