This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware, printers, and peripherals.

• Management of local area networks (LAN/WAN) and Wi-Fi, including the configuration of switches and routers.

• Installation and configuration of servers (physical or virtual) and operating systems Windows/Linux.

• Creation of users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory (AD) and file servers.

• Monitoring the health of the network, servers, and services, ensuring availability (SLAs).

• Support in executing and verifying backup and restore routines.

• Development of technical documentation for operational procedures.

• Implementation of basic network security policies and system updates.

• Basic knowledge of networks (IP, DNS, DHCP).

• Familiarity with Operating Systems (Windows Server and Linux).

• Understanding of cloud concepts (Azure or AWS).
