This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Software Quality Assurance: Plan, create, and execute functional, integration, regression, and usability tests on Turing solutions, validating business rules, workflows, and behaviors across various environments.
• Test Data Creation and Management: Establish test environments and validate new connectors for different types of data sources. Model, populate, and maintain realistic databases (both structured and unstructured) to simulate scenarios for discovery, classification, encryption, and data protection.
• Technical Analysis and Diagnosis: Investigate and reproduce behaviors, inconsistencies, and defects in integrations and the platform, collaborating with the development team to identify root causes.
• Data Quality, Integrations, and Connectivity: Validate the quality of data connections and integrations (Cloud, On-premise, and APIs), ensuring consistency, integrity, and compliance in ingestion and processing workflows. Configure and establish secure connections, including VPNs, to facilitate testing, validation, and communication between the database and the system.
• UX and Usability: Assess interface flows, propose usability improvements, and enhance user experience based on exploratory testing and technical feedback, contributing to a more intuitive and efficient platform.
• Quality Technical Documentation: Develop test plans, test cases, evidence, bug reports, and knowledge bases, ensuring documentation is clear and up-to-date for engineering and product teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor the quality of releases, identify automation opportunities for testing, and suggest enhancements to QA processes and platform workflows.
• Software Quality: Experience in software testing (manual and/or automated), with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Development and Data: Knowledge of programming logic and proficiency in Python and SQL for creating test scripts, validating data, and building test datasets.
• Databases: Ability to create, model, and manipulate various types and technologies of databases for testing scenarios, including an understanding of relational and non-relational structures.
• UX / Usability: Familiarity or practical experience in evaluating interfaces, user flows, and proposing usability improvements.
• Integrations, APIs, and Connectivity: Practical knowledge of REST APIs for validation, authentication, and integration workflows. Ability to configure and validate secure connections, including VPNs, for conducting tests between internal and external environments.
• Security and Privacy (preferred): Familiarity with information security concepts, encryption, authentication/authorization, and guidelines of LGPD / GDPR.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to document findings, report bugs, and interact with technical and product teams.
• Language: Intermediate/advanced technical English for reading documentation and communication.
