This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute **active prospecting for new clients** through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms).
• Identify and map out **decision-makers and influencers** within the targeted companies.
• **Qualify leads** based on established criteria (company profile, pain points, budget, timing, and business potential).
• **Schedule meetings** and forward qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Record and update **lead information and interactions in the CRM**.
• Conduct **periodic follow-ups** and nurture leads throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the **Marketing** team to continuously improve lead quality.
• Monitor and track **prospecting indicators**, such as the number of contacts made, conversion rates, and scheduled meetings.
• Contribute to the **expansion of the client base** and the strengthening of the sales pipeline.
• Stay informed about the **company's products, services, and market landscape**.
• Experience with **inbound and outbound prospecting**.
• Background in **lead qualification** (BANT, SPIN, GPCT, or similar methodologies).
• Proficiency with **CRM and prospecting tools** (LinkedIn, email, automation, dialers, or similar).
• Ability to conduct **market research and identify ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)**.
• Organized in **recording and managing information in the sales funnel**.
• Understanding of **commercial metrics and prospecting KPIs**.
• Clear, objective, and persuasive communication skills.
• Active listening skills to understand client needs.
• Capability to handle **commercial objections**.
• Resilience and consistency in the face of rejections.
• Focus on goals and results.
• Collaboration and teamwork with **Sales and Marketing** departments.
• Previous experience in **SDR, BDR, or commercial prospecting**.
• Experience in technology or SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with **prospecting automation tools**.
