Analista de Privacidade Júnior – Foco em RoPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews and gather information from business areas to identify data processing activities, purposes, legal bases, data flows, retention, and sharing.

• Structure and maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) within the client's tool (training will be provided by the partner).

• Organize and validate the data inventory, mapping flows and classifying personal and sensitive data.

• Ensure the consistency and quality of records before presenting them to the client.

• Document outstanding issues, formalize the status via email with the appropriate stakeholders, and keep the team updated on the management board.

• Adhere to the agreed mapping SLA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in mapping personal data processing activities (RoPA), even at a junior level.

• Practical knowledge of LGPD application, including legal bases, personal and sensitive data, data lifecycle, and processing flows.

• Strong written communication skills and organizational abilities for conducting interviews and formalizing information via email.

• Ability to work autonomously, actively seeking the necessary information.

• Educational background or additional courses in privacy, data protection, or LGPD.

• Familiarity with privacy tools (specific technical training will be provided internally).

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or English.
