Analista de Plaft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Execute the daily transactional monitoring process using institutional tools.

• Analyze, document, and investigate alerts, managing their statuses according to defined SLAs.

• Apply simplified and enhanced due diligence controls as appropriate.

• Promptly escalate alerts with indicators of Suspicious Operations to the Compliance Officer.

• Conduct screening of PEPs, international sanctions, blacklists, etc.

• Daily monitor the client portfolio with active criminal cases.

• Weekly follow up on clients in the onboarding stage with matches in crimes for conviction investigations.

• Manage the account closure process for clients with evidence of criminal behavior.

• Prepare internal reports on suspicious operations and assist in the preparation of regulatory reports for the UAF.

• Keep key performance indicators (KPIs) of the process updated.

• Support the formation of the Compliance, PLAFT, and Ethics Committee, in addition to providing support to internal clients.

• Actively participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the new PLAFT system for the Bank.

• Assist in executing action plans resulting from internal audits or the regulator.

• Propose continuous improvements to the PLAFT model and support the implementation of internal training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in Engineering, Auditing Accounting, or related fields.

• Between 2 to 3 years of experience in compliance areas, specifically in PLAFT within the financial sector.

• Proficient in Google Workspace / Office.

• Knowledge of SQL (Desirable).

• Experience in automation and use of Artificial Intelligence tools (Desirable).
