Analista de Negócios / PMO – Frente de Trabalho ASDM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document the current ITSM processes (the "As-Is" state) across multiple regions, including Incident Management, Requests, Problems, Changes, and Knowledge.

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and regional variations.

• Support the Workstream Leader and the Workstream PM in creating project artifacts and presentations.

• Develop deliverables such as process maps (L2/L3 levels), business requirements documentation, and functional specifications.

• Promote standardization and harmonization among regions while considering local constraints.

• Collaborate closely with SMEs, Workstream Leaders, and Program Leadership to translate business needs into structured requirements.

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders in a global organization with a matrix structure.

• Ensure alignment with adjacent IT domains, including Service Desk, Hosting, Tech4Tech, and Digital Workplace.

• Support the adoption of new processes and ways of working.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation programs within large organizations operating across multiple regions and/or experience in application development/SDLC, with an understanding of PMO and project management methodologies.

• Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and process designs.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, feeling comfortable handling ambiguities.

• Practical knowledge of the ServiceNow (SNOW) tool — desirable.

• Experience as a Service Designer — desirable.

• Background in transforming global operating models, shared services, or outsourcing — desirable.
