This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and develop new business opportunities in regulatory fronts, environmental services, and digital solutions.

• Conduct market research and analysis on clients, competitors, and the regulatory environment to identify threats and opportunities.

• Support technical, economic, and strategic feasibility studies for new projects and solutions.

• Map business requirements and design customized technological solutions and Proofs of Concept (POCs) in collaboration with IT teams.

• Structure tailored technical and commercial proposals aligned with the strategic challenges faced by clients.

• Act as a focal point integrated with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.

• Monitor, organize, and report on performance KPIs and the progress of initiatives and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Technology, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or related fields.

• Previous experience of 2 to 4 years in consultative sales, pre-sales, business analysis, or strategic marketing within the IT sector and technological solution development.

• Intermediate knowledge of negotiation techniques, prospecting, and client qualification.

• Intermediate familiarity with CRM tools and the Office suite.

• Execution-focused and resilient profile to handle multiple simultaneous demands.

• Clear and assertive communication, proactivity, initiative, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Willingness to travel.

• Knowledge/Experience in Environmental and Land Regularization is a plus.
