This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct activities related to expense analysis in the cost modules (CO) and JVA;

• Understand the types of expense allocations in primary and secondary classes;

• Analyze Revenue (Billing or Provision) of Expenses (YSCO_CJI3);

• Record working hours of active employees in SAP;

• Prepare and monitor the partnership budget;

• Analyze allocations in the partnership center;

• Prepare, analyze, send, and address rejections of expense lists submitted via SGPP (PPSA);

• Analyze and monitor budget vs. Cash Call vs. billing;

• Support the audit process for non-operating partners and internal audits;

• Maintain evidence of compliance with SOX controls (PAR);

• Oversee and track AFE;

• Provide clarifications regarding analyzed expenses to stakeholders involved in partnership processes;

• Calculate the equalization of expenses and volumes for production individualization processes;

• Assist with Internal and External Audits of Partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency;

• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for data processing and generating management reports;

• Knowledge of SAP modules JVA, MM, CO, FI, PS, PM;

• Understanding of the BW system;

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software;

• 6 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar activities related to the service scope;

• 8 years of experience in roles similar to the service scope in oil and gas projects, if a degree is not held;

• Bachelor's degree in: Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Engineering; or a Bachelor's degree in other fields with a minimum of 8 years of experience in similar activities.
