Analista de MIS Sr.

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and enhancement of the Credit MIS, ensuring consistency, traceability, and governance of the information;

• Analyze the portfolio performance (delinquency, delay, roll rate, vintage, recovery, etc.) with a critical and actionable perspective;

• Develop portfolio projections, credit revenue, and results to support budgeting and forecasting;

• Responsible for calculating, analyzing, and reporting credit revenue, including explanations of variances (actual vs. projected);

• Create executive materials for the board (with storytelling and strategic direction);

• Collaborate with Credit, Collections, FP&A, Accounting, and Compliance teams;

• Identify opportunities for improvement in credit policies, pricing, and collections based on data;

• Build and optimize queries in databases for information extraction and analysis;

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of reported information;

• Support other business areas with analyses and studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields;

• Reside in the State of São Paulo;

• Advanced proficiency in the Office Suite;

• Advanced SQL skills;

• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar);

• Basic Python knowledge;

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;

• Organizational skills and priority management;

• Clear and objective communication;

• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility;

• Teamwork and collaboration.
