This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Monitor brand performance indicators and campaigns, generating analyses and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present scenario analyses, brand diagnostics, and strategic recommendations for various channels (on-trade, off-trade, and digital).
• Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive movements to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the development of the brand's strategic planning, ensuring alignment between business objectives, communication, and execution.
• Create strategic presentations with clear storytelling and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Trade, Commercial, and Sales teams to translate brand strategy into relevant point-of-sale activations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of innovation projects, serving as the point of contact with a multifunctional team throughout the entire innovation process, from opportunity analysis to market launch.
• Organize workflows, timelines, and monitor the delivery of strategic outcomes.
• Work closely with internal departments (marketing, trade, commercial) and external stakeholders (agencies, partners, and suppliers).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
• Analytical ability to translate complex data into clear and objective recommendations;
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies;
• Familiarity with market data (Nielsen, Kantar, IWSR, or similar);
• Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation creation (PowerPoint);
• Advanced English language skills.
