Analista de Inteligência

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee performance indicators (KPIs), recognizing trends, opportunities, and suggesting operational improvements.

• Create analyses and management reports, converting data into strategic insights to aid decision-making.

• Design executive presentations in PowerPoint for clients and leadership teams.

• Identify bottlenecks in processes and recommend continuous improvement actions.

• Conduct training sessions on indicators and data analysis tools for operational teams.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations, Commercial, Quality, and Compliance departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in intelligence analysis, research, or a related analytical role.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Quality Management, Business Processes, Statistics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Agronomy, or related fields.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in data analysis and processing.

• Background in preparing management reports.

• Familiarity with quality control and process auditing.
