Analista de Infraestrutura – Linux

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Monitor applications and hosted environments, tracking availability and performance.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to servers, applications, databases, DNS, email, and SSL certificates.

• Analyze metrics, logs, and indicators to identify root causes of issues.

• Engage in advanced troubleshooting of application and infrastructure performance.

• Assist clients in resolving complex technical demands.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve incidents.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and suggest ongoing improvements in managed environments.

• Document procedures, analyses, and technical solutions.

• Participate in migration, optimization, and infrastructure evolution projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in monitoring web applications, including uptime, response time, and resource consumption.

• Knowledge of web servers and databases, particularly Nginx, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of DNS, CDN, caching, SSL certificates, and email services.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot performance issues in applications and infrastructure.

• Familiarity with GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights, or similar tools.

• Experience with Linux, command line, and log analysis.

• Knowledge of Shell Script for automating operational tasks.
