Analista de Infraestrutura, DevOps Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, monitor, and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments (Cloud and On-Premises), ensuring high availability, performance, security, and continuity of services.

• Manage and enhance environments in AWS and Azure, ensuring the adoption of best practices in architecture, governance, and resource optimization.

• Administer On-Premises infrastructure, including Windows Server, Linux servers, VMware environments, and AIX platforms.

• Implement and promote DevOps practices, fostering integration between Infrastructure and Development teams to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, ensuring standardization, scalability, and automation of environments.

• Manage and support containerized environments with Kubernetes, ensuring application availability, scalability, and reliability.

• Automate operational routines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment pipelines, reducing manual tasks and increasing operational efficiency.

• Manage repositories and versioning flows using GitHub, supporting the implementation of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Continuously monitor environments, identifying risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, proposing preventive and corrective actions.

• Address critical incidents and infrastructure issues, ensuring service continuity and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Participate in technology modernization projects, cloud migrations, and the evolution of corporate infrastructure architecture.

• Implement and maintain security controls, backup, disaster recovery, and governance policies for infrastructure.

• Document architectures, operational procedures, technical standards, and best practices, contributing to the knowledge management of the area.

• Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to the advancement of infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in managing and supporting hybrid environments (Cloud and On-Premises).

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS.

• Experience in administering Windows Server and Linux servers.

• Experience with virtualization using VMware and administration of AIX environments.

• Experience in implementing and managing Kubernetes environments.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Experience with GitHub, code versioning, and automation of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Understanding of DevOps practices and culture, infrastructure automation, and environment management.

• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents in critical infrastructure environments.

• Knowledge of networking, protocols, information security, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Experience in migration, modernization, and evolution projects for Cloud environments.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
