Analista de Infraestrutura

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of servers and environments.

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows and/or Linux).

• Monitor performance, resource consumption, and apply security patches.

• Manage backup, restore, and contingency routines.

• Network and connectivity management.

• Oversee LAN/WAN network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Ensure availability of links, VPNs, and secure connections between units and the cloud.

• Engage in the management of environments in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Implement automation, security policies, and cost control in the cloud.

• Establish and maintain security policies, access controls, and corporate antivirus.

• Monitor vulnerabilities and support audits and compliance (LGPD, ISO 27001, etc.).

• Handle level 2 and 3 infrastructure incidents.

• Support the Service Desk and document solutions in the knowledge base.

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.

• Plan capacity and propose preventive acquisitions.

• Participate in technological upgrade projects, migrations, and automation.

• Suggest and implement continuous improvements in performance, cost, and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong experience in managing Windows and Linux servers.

• Practical knowledge of networks and security.

• Experience in virtualization, including the creation and maintenance of virtual machines.

• Ability to troubleshoot for diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.

• Capacity to produce clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

• Analytical, collaborative profile with a sense of priority and responsibility.

• Practical experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or similar.

• Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools, such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, or equivalents.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.

• Experience with backup and restore routines, such as Veeam, Acronis, or similar.

• Knowledge of automation scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, or basic Python.

• Familiarity with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform, Ansible, etc.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of observability and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
