• Engaging in the management of escalated incidents by analyzing and resolving issues that require a high level of technical expertise.
• Operating, maintaining, and providing support for critical backbone network assets, ensuring availability and adherence to established technical standards.
• Delivering qualified technical support to corporate clients and internal teams, with an emphasis on speed and quality in problem resolution.
• Ensuring the accuracy and updates of the technical documentation for the backbone network, including topology, inventory, and asset configurations.
• Performing other related tasks as directed by leadership guidelines.
• A completed higher education degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, PPPoE, CGNAT, L2/L3 networks.
• Experience with access, distribution, and backbone networks (e.g., FTTH, L2 switches).
• Expertise in the operation and configuration of routers from Juniper, Huawei, and Cisco.
• Preferred certifications: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Juniper (JNCIA/JNCIS), or equivalent.
• Proactive and autonomous in problem analysis and resolution.
• Ability to perform under pressure and with a sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and collaborative teamwork.
• Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, focusing on technical support and customer service.
