This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct onboarding for new clients and partners, through business diagnostics and collaboratively defining initial objectives with the client;
• Develop strategies to achieve the client's goals, ensuring initial success milestones through our tools;
• Foster the independence of our clients and partners in utilizing our tools, monitoring usage indicators during the implementation phase;
• Ensure client satisfaction by acting as a liaison between product, sales, and support teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation;
• Assist clients and partners in setting up the tool, leading meetings adaptively aligned with their needs and expectations;
• Simultaneously manage multiple implementation projects, organizing schedules with clients and partners and overcoming objections in challenging scenarios;
• Prior experience in Customer Success within B2B SaaS companies, with exposure to Implementation/Onboarding;
• Practical knowledge of Customer Success metrics, including specific implementation indicators;
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple implementation projects;
• Strong communication skills (adaptive and instructional communication);
• Genuine interest in helping our clients, demonstrating empathy in listening, instructional skills in teaching, and resilience in problem-solving;
