This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead attraction and selection processes, ensuring high-quality hiring and a positive experience for candidates and leadership.
• Enhance the employer brand by supporting attraction strategies aligned with the organization's culture and positioning.
• Structure, review, and refine processes, workflows, and rituals within the People area, promoting greater organization, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation in practices, tools, and routines within the department.
• Conduct and support leadership and employee development programs, focusing on applied learning and organizational impact.
• Act as a facilitator for performance cycles, assisting leaders in managing, monitoring, and developing their teams.
• Support initiatives related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and experience.
• Contribute to the development of practices that strengthen autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and agility.
• Collaborate with leadership, aiding decision-making related to people management based on data, context, and strategy.
• Monitor departmental indicators, assisting with analyses, diagnostics, and the creation of action plans.
• Previous experience in People/Human Resources, with involvement in attraction and selection, development, and/or performance.
• Experience in structuring, reviewing, and improving processes.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
• Ability to conduct structured selection processes with a focus on candidate experience.
• Analytical and organized profile, with strong prioritization and demand management skills.
• Effective communication and networking abilities with various audiences and departments.
• Familiarity with indicators and data usage for decision-making.
• Proactive profile, demonstrating autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and a focus on continuous improvement.
