Analista de Game Publishing – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the release pipeline as a living document, incorporating real dates, mapped contingencies, and visibility for all stakeholders involved.

• Closely monitor project development, understanding technical needs and anticipating bottlenecks before they impact the schedule.

• Keep internal stakeholders consistently informed about status, progress, and risks with proactivity and reliability.

• Assertively follow up internally when another department threatens the timeline, understanding the business impact of each delay.

• Organize milestones, builds, and deliverables with a systemic level of organization.

• Translate technical demands into operational language (and vice versa when necessary).

• Ensure the plan is synchronized between internal teams (publishing, marketing, ops) and partner studios, interpreting the strategic context of each release to prioritize correctly.

• Anticipate window conflicts, project dependencies, and calendar risks before they affect execution.

• Document decisions, statuses, and deliverables in a structured and accessible manner for all involved parties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in game production or publishing.

• Systemic organization skills, with the ability to utilize tools, structure processes, and generate visibility proactively, without relying on constant demands.

• Assertive communication skills, capable of listening, synthesizing information, taking a stance, and proposing action plans rather than just raising questions.

• Genuine decision-making ability, even in scenarios with incomplete information.

• Strategic vision to understand the business rationale behind each deadline and priority, going beyond simply executing what is outlined in spreadsheets.

• Ability to align teams and request deliverables naturally, guided by a commitment to the project's outcome.

• Strong prioritization skills, knowing what truly drives the project and what can wait.

• Skill in collaborating effectively in groups and building relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluent English for communication with studios and platforms.

• Preferred: Experience with indie or mid-tier studios.

• Experience with localization and dubbing, including hiring, briefing, and managing suppliers.

• Knowledge of the LATAM market.

• Familiarity with publishing on Nintendo and PlayStation, including submissions, certifications, and communication with third-party teams.
