Analista de Escrituração Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute and monitor the processes related to the bookkeeping of securities and investment funds;

• Control and validate financial events, including amortizations, payment of earnings, interest, and redemptions;

• Conduct reconciliations of financial and quantitative positions between internal systems, custodians, and market entities;

• Prepare and review statements, income reports, and other regulatory documents intended for investors;

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (CVM, Bacen, B3, and internal policies);

• Provide technical support to internal and external clients, clarifying questions about positions, transactions, and asset events;

• Participate in continuous improvement projects, automation, and operational process reviews;

• Assist in internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections;

• Identify operational risks and propose controls for their mitigation;

• Conduct critical analyses and support decision-making on complex issues related to bookkeeping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;

• Strong experience in the bookkeeping of securities and investment funds, fiduciary administration, custody, or capital market operations;

• Knowledge of investment funds, fixed income, FIDC, FII, CRI, CRA, and financial events;

• Understanding of applicable regulations (CVM, Bacen, and B3);

• Experience with reconciliations, operational controls, and investor support;

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with operational control systems.

• **Desirable, but not mandatory:**

• Financial market certifications, such as CPA-20, CEA, or similar;

• Knowledge in process automation, using tools like Power BI, VBA, SQL, or Python;

• Experience in launching new products and implementing regulatory processes.
