• Manage the client portfolio, ensuring retention and expansion of accounts
• Structure and implement the customer journey
• Develop processes, workflows, and routines within the Customer Success area
• Conduct follow-up meetings, alignment sessions, and present results
• Ensure alignment between contracted scope, deliverables, and client value perception
• Identify churn risks and take preventive measures
• Map opportunities for upselling and portfolio expansion
• Organize the communication flow between clients and internal teams
• Establish indicators and monitor the health of the portfolio
• Record information and follow-ups in the CRM
• Collect strategic feedback for ongoing improvement of operations and client experience
• Support the growth and maturity of the Customer Success area
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, or Portfolio Management
• Experience in service-oriented companies, preferably marketing, advertising, or digital agencies
• Proven experience leading strategic meetings with clients
• Knowledge of digital marketing and agency dynamics
• Experience in creating or organizing Customer Success processes
• Familiarity with CRM systems and retention, expansion, and satisfaction metrics
• Analytical skills for monitoring indicators and portfolio progression
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in related fields
• Clear, objective, and professional communication skills
• Consultative and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Sense of ownership and responsibility for the portfolio
• Proactivity in structuring processes and improving workflows
