This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct requirement gathering with clients in the LATAM region
• Coordinate with clients to clarify implementation stages
• Perform mapping and understanding of client needs
• Strive to understand the implementation standards of solutions, grasping the business rules
• Provide technical support to clients during implementation and report on the status of activities
• Execute configurations and parameterizations in the system following the implementation process
• Oversee the implementation of products with clients, addressing their questions during integration
• Conduct training for internal staff and clients both remotely and in-person
• Engage users in utilizing the solution
• Create documentation, schedules, kick-off presentations, and action plans
• Fluent in Spanish
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Sense of urgency
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience in customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork abilities
• Proactive attitude
• Curiosity
• Currently studying or holding a degree in Information Technology, Administration, or related fields
• Familiarity with any ERP tool (considered a plus)
