Analista de Contas a Pagar I – Contrato por Prazo Determinado

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive, verify, and record invoices, payment slips, and other fiscal and financial documents.

• Manage the scheduling and processing of payments to suppliers, service providers, taxes, and general expenses.

• Monitor due dates and ensure compliance with payment deadlines.

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable.

• Check documents for fiscal, accounting, and financial compliance.

• Assist suppliers by addressing inquiries regarding payments.

• Support the financial and accounting closing process by providing information and reports.

• Update supplier records and banking information.

• Organize and file physical and electronic documents for the department.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and indicators.

• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and financial controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields.

• Previous experience in accounts payable or financial routines.

• Knowledge of invoice entry and verification.

• Familiarity with bank reconciliation and payment control.

• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level is preferred).

• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Protheus, TOTVS, RM, among others).

• Understanding of applicable tax legislation and regulations related to accounts payable routines.

• Working hours: 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
