• Assist partner schools of Isaac through chat support;
• Teach the correct usage of the Isaac platform to schools;
• Ensure high-quality service within the agreed SLA;
• Build a relationship of delight and trust with the schools;
• Communicate clearly with external stakeholders, demonstrating influence and active listening skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills;
• Dynamic approach to managing chat channels via Zendesk;
• Good organizational skills and autonomy in tasks;
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously;
• Basic knowledge of Excel and the Office suite;
• Organized, proactive individual with a hands-on attitude.
