📋 Description

• Schedule the installation of analytical instruments, ranging from simple equipment to more complex solutions;

• Coordinate the technical preparation of the site with the client, ensuring that all requirements are met prior to installation;

• Develop and monitor installation and infrastructure manuals/checklists;

• Collaborate with clients and technical specialists to align schedules and availability;

• Maintain constant communication with Sales, Field, Service Management, and Logistics teams, among other areas;

• Monitor the installation process to ensure organization, communication, and adherence to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields;

• Experience or familiarity with Agilent's portfolio instruments will be an advantage;

• Intermediate English proficiency;

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is desirable);

• Reside in the metropolitan area of São Paulo/SP;
