Analista BI – Planilla Completa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and automate interactive reports and dashboards that consolidate operational information from Inbound and Outbound campaigns.

• Transform large volumes of raw data (sourced from dialers, CRMs, and WFM systems) into strategic visualizations that help identify improvement opportunities, measure profitability, and ensure compliance with business and client KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

• Desirable: Diploma or specialization in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Big Data.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.

• Essential experience in the Contact Center, BPO, or Telecommunications sector managing mixed operational metrics (Inbound/Outbound).

• Data Visualization: Expert level in Power BI (advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query) or Tableau.

• Database Management: Advanced level in SQL (creating views, stored procedures, optimizing complex queries).

• Excel: Expert level (Macros, VBA, complex data models).

• Basic/intermediate knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis or automated data cleaning.

• Must have tools for remote work.
