Analista BI – Agente de Transformação, Inovação

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development, maintenance, updates, and enhancements of HR KPIs in Power BI.

• Contributing through analyses, participating in emerging projects and daily activities.

• Including system updates and guidance on new functionalities in Power BI.

• Creation and updating of necessary documentation for new or existing processes, submitting for management approval.

• Providing assistance and support to company employees.

• Part of the performance simplification team in HR, focusing on the automation of HR processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Power BI skills.

• Experience in developing dashboards in Power BI focused on HR KPIs.

• Proficiency with general systems and the Microsoft Office suite.

• It is a plus to have: Advanced Excel skills, as well as proficiency in English/Spanish for reading and writing, in addition to knowledge of HR processes being advantageous.
