This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead sales initiatives and foster revenue growth by enhancing BlueCloud's strategic partner relationships and promoting co-sell opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with Snowflake sales teams, partner account managers, solution specialists, and key executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BlueCloud sales leadership to create and align target account strategies that drive growth in critical markets and priority accounts.
• Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Snowflake and other key technology partners.
• Identify, qualify, and influence opportunities that are sourced and supported by partners throughout the sales process.
• Function as the primary point of contact between BlueCloud and partner organizations, facilitating connections between internal teams and the necessary resources to enhance customer outcomes.
• Empower BlueCloud's sales team by informing them about partner programs, incentives, funding opportunities, and available resources.
• Create repeatable solution plays, workshops, accelerators, and industry-specific offerings that bolster BlueCloud's position in the market.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and implement partner and customer-facing events, campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership projects.
• Monitor partnership performance, pipeline contributions, and key alliance metrics to assess impact and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Promote internal alignment through regular communications, training sessions, newsletters, and community-building efforts among sales and delivery teams.
• Act as a market ambassador for BlueCloud, representing the company at partner events, conferences, customer meetings, and industry gatherings.
• 4+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic sales roles within cloud, data, analytics, or technology services sectors.
• Familiarity with the partner ecosystem, ideally with Snowflake, cloud platforms, or enterprise data and AI technology providers.
• Outstanding relationship-building abilities and a capacity to establish credibility with partner sales teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leaders.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating the capability to create opportunities and independently drive initiatives forward.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, co-sell motions, partner programs, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presentation, facilitation, and engaging with executive-level audiences.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess partnership effectiveness and convert data into actionable insights.
• High levels of accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through in managing both internal and external relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant partner or cloud certifications are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, customer interactions, conferences, and industry events.
