This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Cultivate and enhance current MSSP partner relationships throughout North America by employing effective account management and relationship development strategies.
• Propel revenue growth within designated partner accounts by pinpointing expansion opportunities and potential for cross-selling.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders within existing MSSP partners to advance business goals.
• Acquire and articulate CrowdStrike's value proposition effectively to facilitate MSSP partner success and account growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, Services, and Customer Support to bolster sales initiatives.
• Work alongside Solutions Architects (SAs) to comprehend technical requirements and aid in deal closure.
• Ensure accurate account and opportunity data is maintained in Salesforce.com.
• Formulate and implement account plans aimed at maximizing wallet share within current MSSP partnerships.
• Develop value-centered presentations and proposals to stimulate upsell opportunities.
• Oversee account health and partner satisfaction to guarantee long-term partnership prosperity.
• 1-3 years of experience in technology sales with quota responsibilities.
• Preferred experience in account management or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Previous experience in SaaS or software sales environments is essential.
• Required understanding of the managed services or cybersecurity industry.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex business and technical concepts.
• Exceptional organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing quota targets.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being mandatory.
