This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance and grow current MSSP partner relationships throughout Brazil by utilizing effective account management and building strong relationships.
• Propel revenue growth within designated partner accounts by recognizing opportunities for expansion and potential for cross-selling.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders within existing MSSP partners to align with business objectives.
• Acquire knowledge of and effectively convey CrowdStrike's value proposition to facilitate MSSP partner success and account growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Operations, Services, Customer Support) to bolster sales initiatives.
• Work in tandem with Solutions Architects (SAs) to comprehend technical requirements and assist in closing deals.
• Keep accurate records of account and opportunity details in Salesforce.com.
• Formulate and implement account plans aimed at maximizing wallet share within current MSSP partnerships.
• Develop presentations and proposals centered on value to stimulate upsell opportunities.
• Track account health and partner satisfaction to ensure enduring partnership success.
• 1-3 years of experience in quota-carrying technology sales.
• Preferred experience in account management or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Prior experience in SaaS/software sales settings is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the managed services or cybersecurity sector is essential.
• Technical aptitude and a proven capability to grasp complex business and technical concepts.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding quota targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience required.
