This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Trintech’s partnership with Workday is a key strategic priority for the company, and this position is tasked with executing that partnership throughout North America.
• Manage the daily field operations—ensuring Trintech is prominently recognized and understood within the Workday organization.
• Develop and sustain active relationships with Workday field sellers, account executives, and partner managers across North America.
• Establish regular touchpoints—including calls, joint field meetings, lunch-and-learns, and participation in Workday internal events.
• Continuously inform Workday sales and partner teams about Trintech's value proposition within the Workday ecosystem.
• Drive an increasing volume of leads and opportunities into the Trintech pipeline through engagement and awareness activities in the field.
• Collaborate with Trintech's North America sales and pre-sales teams to facilitate Workday's participation in joint opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day relationships with Workday partner managers and alliance contacts throughout North America.
• Represent Trintech at Workday-organized events, partner summits, and ecosystem forums across North America.
• Stay updated on the evolving Workday ecosystem and share relevant insights with the VP of Workday Alliance to guide strategy.
• Expand Trintech’s influence within the larger Workday ecosystem by establishing relationships with ISVs and SIs.
• 3–6 years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or business development with a field-facing role in a B2B SaaS organization.
• Proven ability to cultivate productive relationships with field sales teams at major ERP, HCM, or cloud platform vendors, and convert these relationships into joint pipeline opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen—you comprehend how enterprise software transactions are structured and know how to position a partnership to motivate field sellers to involve you.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—capable of managing a high volume of concurrent partner relationships, field activities, pipeline opportunities, and deal registrations without oversight.
• Effective communicator and presenter, able to quickly establish credibility with Workday sellers and partner teams at all organizational levels.
• Highly self-motivated; comfortable working in an execution-driven role within a framework established by leadership.
• Experience handling partner pipeline and deal registrations in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and reporting results to senior management.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America for field meetings, partner events, and Workday site visits.
