This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Provide virtual individual and group counseling, education, and behavioral modification strategies to effectively address issues related to substance use, mental health, and criminogenic behaviors.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans that include specific goals, objectives, and interventions.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation, which includes Initial Service Plans, Comprehensive Assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, Progress Notes, and Continuing Care Plans.
• Lead psycho-educational and therapeutic groups as an integral part of the recovery journey.
• Offer an average of 28 hours per week of direct client services, integrating both individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with referral sources, probation officers, and social service agencies to enhance client support.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Must possess a current LADC or ADC-T license in the state of Minnesota.
• Must be a resident of Minnesota.
• Completion of 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health disorders (to be completed within 6 months of hire if not already done).
• Proficiency in using platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
• Ability to utilize EHR (Ritten) and other electronic documentation tools.
• Compliance with MN Statutes 604.20 and 604.205 regarding sexual exploitation.
• Successful completion of the MN Department of Human Services background study.
• 1–2 years of experience working with clients facing substance use challenges (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience providing Outpatient or Intensive Outpatient treatment (preferred).
