Albanian/Greek – English OPI/VRI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner in accordance with the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be ready to take notes during calls.

• Familiarize yourself with specific terminology used in the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Deliver all messages accurately and completely, ensuring no information is added or omitted.

• Offer exceptional customer service throughout interpreting sessions.

• Assist in communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise interpretation.

• Participate in internal professional development training and pursue additional certifications.

• Maintain regular communication and reporting with the team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Albanian and English.

• Reliable high-speed and secure internet connection.

• Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• A computer running Windows 10, with at least a dual-core processor (minimum Intel Core i5), and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Utilize a single device for work (either a computer or laptop), and refrain from using external devices such as smartphones or tablets.

• A noise-cancelling wired headset with a built-in microphone is required (wireless headsets are not permitted).
