Air Quality Managing Consultant – Western Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Strategize, oversee, and implement all pertinent project tasks.

• Prepare and carry out advanced technical and consulting assignments.

• Supervise and manage project activities to meet established milestones.

• Develop and lead projects that are already contracted while expanding business with current clients.

• Build and nurture relationships with regulatory bodies.

• Ensure that all projects comply with ALL4's quality assurance standards.

• Hold regular meetings with the project team to discuss work status.

• Provide mentorship to junior technical staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant field in environmental science.

• At least 5 years of experience in environmental consulting.

• Proficient understanding of technical subjects related to air permitting (e.g., NSR, minor NSR, Title V, TRI, Tier II, SPCC, NPDES, and SWPPP).

• Established connections with regulatory agencies and/or professionals in the industrial sector.

• Strong skills in organization, problem-solving, and analysis.

• Capability to develop, guide, and engage diverse teams with various personality types and technical skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including strong document production capabilities (proficiency in Word and Excel) and technical writing expertise.
