AIOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Architect Intelligent Operations (AIOps): Deploy AI solutions for monitoring the integrity of financial transactions, identifying anomalies in payments, and executing intelligent data reconciliation.

• Acceleration with AI-assisted development: Utilize and promote next-generation tools (Lovable, Bolt, n8n, Cursor) to create interfaces and workflows that enhance the daily operations of business teams.

• Development of Agents and LLMs: Integrate language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and agents to automate the extraction of data from invoices, contracts, and intricate financial communications.

• Robust Integration Engineering: Design and sustain Python APIs and pipelines that securely link our internal systems to Oracle NetSuite and other financial hubs.

• Spec Driven Development (SDD) culture: Champion specification-driven development, ensuring that every automation is thoroughly documented, testable, and fully compliant with business requirements.

• Technical Mentorship: Act as a resource for coding best practices and the ethical, efficient application of AI, elevating the technical expertise of the automation team.
