AI/ML Software Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop production-grade software by designing and implementing scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that emphasize reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Create autonomous systems by developing agentic solutions that utilize LLMs for reasoning, tool usage, and orchestrating intricate multi-step workflows.

• Architect systems for scalability by designing frameworks that accommodate real-time AI inference, maintain conversation state, and execute tools with appropriate error handling and recovery measures.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that enhance product features, boost user engagement, and improve decision-making processes.

• Collaborate across departments by working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to establish requirements and deliver AI-driven features. Uphold engineering excellence by writing clean, well-tested code; conducting comprehensive code reviews; and promoting best practices throughout the team.

• Stay updated with the latest developments by assessing emerging agentic frameworks, patterns, and tools; and prototyping innovative solutions to address real-world challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in building applications that utilize LLMs or agentic systems.

• Proficiency in Python along with modern frameworks such as FastAPI and async/await.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (including Lambda, Bedrock, OpenSearch).

• Demonstrated ability to ship and manage production systems effectively.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills.
