AI/ML Engineer – Live Story

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• AI Product Development: You will design and implement features based on both Generative AI (fine-tuning and orchestration of LLMs like Llama or OpenAI) and traditional Machine Learning models.

• Bridge Tech-Business: Collaborating closely with the Product Team, you will identify high-impact use cases, translating business needs into tangible data science projects.

• MLOps & Infrastructure: Your role will extend beyond model creation; you will also contribute to building the infrastructure for prompt management, model monitoring, cost optimization, and deployment pipelines.

• Continuous Improvement: You will monitor the performance of models in production, analyzing usage data to iterate and ensure that AI delivers true value to the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/Data Science, ideally gained in product or SaaS environments.

• Python Mastery: A deep understanding of Python and its core libraries is essential.

• GenAI Stack: Practical experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face) and orchestration tools such as LangChain is required.

• Classical ML: Proficiency in Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Numpy, and statistical modeling is necessary.

• MLOps: You should have experience in bringing models into production (deployment, performance tuning, cost/latency optimization).
